These terms apply to the public RapTake service at raptake.com. Please read them before buying a pack or uploading a photo. Contact us through Contact & feedback or Account support.

What RapTake creates

RapTake creates short AI rap videos from your photo and the available songs, scenes and formats in the studio. Solo clips are typically 10–12 seconds; duet clips are around 15 seconds. These describe clip length, not processing time. Availability and supported combinations are shown before generation.

The selected song includes prepared lyrics, voice and backing music. Changing a person's photo does not clone or change the voice. Personal audio uploads, custom songwriting and independent gesture controls are not included. Preview samples illustrate a style, not an exact promised result. A free demo, where offered, returns an existing sample; it does not generate a new video with your face.

A generation makes a new character-and-scene image, which you review before approving video processing. AI results can vary in identity, lip sync, hands, motion, framing and sound. Review the whole video before sharing. Perfect resemblance, exact choreography, uninterrupted availability and fixed completion times are not guaranteed. Progress describes saved stages, not a delivery-time promise.

Photo and likeness permission

Use clear photos of adults that you own or are authorized to use, with permission from each depicted person. You must not impersonate someone without permission or upload unlawful sexual content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, harassment or content that infringes another person's rights. Uploads and generated results may be checked by automated content-moderation providers and held for review. Built-in sample characters are fictional.

You retain any rights you already hold in your uploads. You permit RapTake and its processing providers to use them to create, moderate, store and deliver your requested video and resolve support issues. No exclusive copyright or unrestricted commercial-use rights in AI outputs, prepared music or third-party material are guaranteed. You remain responsible for the permissions needed for your use and distribution.

One-time purchases

Prices and video counts are displayed on Pricing and confirmed during checkout. Payments are in USD through PayPal. Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Solo and duet allowances are separate and cannot be exchanged. Supported songs, scenes and formats do not cost extra.

Each order saves its price, video count, validity and service-policy version. Later price changes do not rewrite that order. Video counts are valid for 365 days from confirmed payment; unused counts expire at that original deadline. They are a service allowance, not stored money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed as cash. Any provider currency-conversion or payment fees shown by PayPal are governed by its terms.

An accepted task reserves one count. Successful delivery consumes it. A confirmed failed task releases its reservation with the original expiry; an uncertain provider result stays reserved for review. Releasing a count is not a cash refund. Do not pay again or repeatedly start a task while an existing payment or task is being checked. Counts may be frozen during a refund, dispute, reversal or suspected abuse review.

Refunds and quality problems

Within 7 days of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund of a pack if no generation in that pack has started. Partly used packs, expired requests and video-quality problems require individual review. Unlimited remakes are not included. Contact account support with your own order or task; do not send payment-card information.

Submitting a request confirms receipt only. We verify ownership, usage and the payment before processing a refund. A cash refund is complete only when the payment provider confirms it; payment-provider processing times can vary. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Downloads and retention

New paid videos are available for download for 30 days from first delivery. The download window is separate from the allowance's 365-day validity. Keep your own downloaded copy; an account does not provide permanent media hosting.

Normalized upload photos become eligible for removal 7 days after the last related task finishes or is cancelled; unused uploads become eligible after 7 days. Final videos enter daily cleanup when the download window ends and are scheduled for removal within the following 7 days. Active tasks, character confirmation, uncertain results, open support cases, refunds and payment disputes can hold the files needed for resolution. Deletion runs on a schedule, not exactly at the moment a file becomes eligible.

Provider copies, operational logs, support records and any backups follow separate handling. Deleting a RapTake object does not prove that a third-party or backup copy has been deleted. See our Privacy Notice for details and deletion requests.

Accounts and support

Use a verified email or available Google sign-in. Keep your account and contact-receipt links private. Work generated while signed in belongs to that account. A guest collection is imported only after explicit confirmation.

You can submit a private request from the video or your account and follow replies there. Contact & feedback also works without sign-in and issues a private receipt. A contact email or receipt alone does not prove ownership of an account, order or video; account-specific changes require additional checks. Do not include passwords, verification codes, API keys or private photos in support messages. We do not promise an immediate response.

We may pause processing to investigate safety, payment or provider problems. Where your paid task is affected, use support so that its saved usage and payment can be reviewed. Revised terms will be published on this page; saved purchase policies continue to identify the rules for that purchase, subject to applicable law.
