What your pack includes

These rules apply to new paid packs. Each order saves its price, video count, validity and service-policy version.

Pay once. No renewal.

Each pack is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Solo counts and duet counts are separate and cannot be exchanged. Supported songs, scenes and formats have no extra charge.

A clear validity period

Video allowances are valid for 365 days from confirmed payment, separately from the download window. Each order records its price, counts and service-policy version. Unused counts expire at the original deadline.

Reserve, then use

An accepted task reserves one video count. Successful delivery uses it. A confirmed failure releases it with its original expiry; an uncertain result stays reserved for review. Returning a count is not a cash refund.

Returns and refunds are different

Within 7 days of payment, request a full refund if no generation in that pack has started. Partly used packs and quality issues require individual review. Refunds are processed after ownership and payment checks; submitting a request does not itself return money. No unlimited remakes are included. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Download window and photo removal

Downloads of new paid videos are available for 30 days from first delivery. Normalized upload photos become eligible for removal 7 days after their last related task finishes or is cancelled; unused uploads become eligible after 7 days. Final video files enter daily cleanup when the download window ends and are scheduled for removal within the following 7 days. Processing, uncertain results, open support and payment disputes can extend retention. Save your downloaded copy.

When files need to stay longer

Processing tasks, character confirmation, uncertain results and open support or payment disputes pause removal of the files needed to resolve them. Provider copies, support records and backups follow separate rules; immediate deletion from every system is not promised.

Song, voice and music

The selected song includes its prepared lyrics, voice and backing music. Your photo changes the person, not the voice. This version does not clone your voice or accept personal audio uploads.

Video length is not waiting time

10–12 seconds for solo and around 15 seconds for duet describe the finished clip. Processing time depends on the queue and service provider. Progress is a processing stage, not a guaranteed delivery time.

Usage rights and storage

Use only photos and likenesses you have permission to use. Outputs are AI-generated; exclusive copyright or unrestricted commercial-use rights are not guaranteed. Your use must respect applicable law and third-party rights. An account does not provide permanent hosting.
